Projects and recipes

The shelf, nesting projects, moving and deleting work, and recipes agents read.

Open Projects in the workspace to see everything you have saved. The shelf has four sections: Recipes, Projects, Programs and Files; at the root, the programs listed are the ones not in a project.

Press New project to make one. A project holds programs, assets and recipes, and agents can pull it to create in its style. The dialog asks for a name, up to 64 characters, and a one-line description. Projects nest up to 5 levels: Move project in the project's actions menu picks a parent or Top level.

A row opens the editor; its menu has Move to project to file it, beside the watch page, the link and Duplicate.

Select many the way a file manager does: ⌘-click toggles, ⇧-click extends, ⌘A takes the page, Esc lets go.

Deleting moves work to Trash, where it can be restored for 30 days. A project goes with everything inside it, subprojects, programs, recipes and files, and comes back the same way. Every file you hold, in a project or not, is on the Files page.

Recipes

A recipe is a markdown file, named in CAPS such as BRAND.md or CUT.md, that an agent reads before making anything in the project. Press New recipe, pick a Start from starter or write your own, then give it a filename and a one-line summary of when it applies. A recipe in a parent project binds its subprojects too. The free plan holds 50 projects and 200 recipes; see Agents overview.
